Open loop Heat Pump Dehydrator
Most open-loop heat pump dryers are independent of the drying room. The refrigerant is connected through a copper pipe. The unit transfers the heat in the air to the drying room through the refrigerant through the compressor, causing the temperature in the drying room to rise. After the moisture in the material is evaporated, the high-temperature and high-humidity air is directly discharged from the closed drying room by the dehumidification fan. It is more suitable for drying materials with less moisture content.
The open-loop heat pump dryer does not form a loop in the air path structure of the unit, resulting in direct heat loss and cannot be further utilized. However, due to its simple structure and cheaper cost than the closed-loop heat pump dryer, it still attracts market attention.
