KINKAI FOOD DEHYDRATORS
How does a Heat Pump dehydrator work?
A heat pump dryer is a heat lifting device, which is mainly used in the drying and dehydration process of food, medicinal materials, wood, agricultural and sideline products, industrial products, etc.
KINKAI heat pump dryer operates according to a basic air conditioning cycle involving four main components: the evaporator, the compressor, the condenser, and the expansion valve. The working fluid (refrigerant) at low pressure is vaporized in the evaporator by heat from the dryer exhaust air. The compressor raises the enthalpy of the working fluid of the heat pump and discharges it as superheated vapor at high pressure. Heat is removed from the working fluid and returned to the process air at the condenser. The working fluid is then throttled to the low-pressure line (using an expansion valve) and enters the evaporator to complete the cycle. In the dryer system, hot and dry air at the exit of the condenser is allowed to pass through the drying chamber where it gains latent heat from the material. The humid air at the dryer exit then passes through the evaporator where condensation of moisture occurs as the air goes below dew point temperature, then drain the condenser water.
The use of a high-temperature heat pump drying unit as a drying device can save energy, and at the same time reduce the emission of pollutants such as CO2, and achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
High-temperature heat pump drying unit is suitable for drying bedding in hotels, seafood, vegetable dehydration, AD black fungus, melon seeds, peanuts, fruits and vegetables, meat products, casings, tobacco leaves, leather, mushrooms, wolfberry, dried fruits, mosquito coils, tribute Incense, cloth, clothing, grains, vermicelli, yuba, fertilizers, medicines, Chinese medicinal materials, paper products, wood, seeds, sludge, gypsum, hardware products, metallurgical products, mining by-products, chemical products, flue gas desulfurization gypsum, clay, forage grass, flue-cured tobacco, pulverized coal, coal slime, lignite, etc. In terms of industrial hot water, it can also meet the constant temperature of electroplating solution in electroplating plants, the heating and insulation of high-temperature hot water in slaughterhouses, the supply of high-temperature hot water in star-rated hotels, and the needs of high-temperature hot water in industrial enterprises.
